Understanding the value of incremental improvement while creating a culture of hospitality in a tech-enabled space has been the key to my success.  It is my job to bring positive energy every time I walk into a room while striving for excellence for our clients and our team.  My superpower has always been to build teams that crave to exceed our clients expectations by being curious, intentional and accountable.  I believe that developing trusted partnerships and creating spaces for people and companies to thrive in is my “North Star” in all that I do.  Lead with questions while seeking to understand is a first principle.  This mentality allows us to be indispensable to our team and our clients.
